I'm Raphael Eder, Founder & CEO of the No Limits Tour (NLT) - a new global sports and media venture reimagining how action sports are built, owned, and experienced.

Starting with cliff diving, NLT brings together the world’s best athletes to co-own and co-create the next generation of sports IP. The tour combines world-class live events with social-first storytelling, aiming to redefine the way audiences connect with nature, culture, and performance.

Prior to that I was Founder & CEO of Hyphen, backed by Altantic Labs. After raising the biggest early-stage round in education-tech in Europe in 2022, we sold Hyphen in 2024 to a family office in the UK.

These days in my spare time I do sports (swimming, pilates & gym), creative stuff (improv & painting), cooking and meeting friends. Also, I'm constantly working on regulating my body through breath-work, meditation, sauna and journaling.

My previous life, right up until university, was dedicated to sports. The sport I had the strongest connection with was ski racing, which I have done competitively.
